What is it

Luke 18:40-42  Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. When he came near, Jesus asked him,  41 “What do you want me to do for you?”“Lord, I want to see,” he replied. 42 Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has healed you.”
Of all biblical commentaries; theological statements; suppositions and theories; what remains as the simple yet most profound truth of all is this:

The LORD asked..."what do you want me to do for you."

A message that should always remain central and never denied or ignored. The great physician, and a practicioner of your earthly, spiritual, and eternal need asked...

What can I do for you?

Our Lord's work is to transform. If only we could extend the message clearly. If only we could amplify it so that all could hear; fitly spoken, leaving no misunderstanding...
Christ came to save, renew, revive, restore the broken and release the captives.

Its that simple.
Theological debates, and the like, have a place...
but rarely in the course of human events!

Do you know what you need from Him today? It can be whatever in this life that separates you...divides.... and darkens your hope and future.

But it does not separate you from Him. All you need is the faith to call out to Him and cast your burdens there.
